Ultrasonic cleaning, back-flushing and flow testing for supported top-feed port injectors, with a PDF report showing before-and-after flow data.
What We Do
- Measure injector flow before cleaning.
- Ultrasonically clean and back-flush the injectors.
- Replace micro-filters and O-rings on supported EV1 / EV6 injectors.
- Retest flow after cleaning and provide before-and-after results.
You’ll receive a PDF flow report and recommendations if an injector cannot be recovered.
Pricing & Turnaround
Cleaning and testing. An eight-injector set is $160.
Turnaround: 1–3 business days after arrival.

How to Send Your Injectors
- Include your service information. Add a note with your name, email, phone number, return shipping address, vehicle year/make/model, injector brand and part number if known, number of injectors, fuel type, base fuel pressure and symptoms.
- Pack securely. Cap both ends, bag the injectors, and cushion them securely for shipment.
- Ship your injectors to LT1 TUNER. UPS, FedEx and USPS are accepted.

How do I place an order?

Do you replace filters and O-rings?
Yes. New micro-filters and O-rings are included for supported EV1 / EV6 injectors.
Can you test at my fuel pressure?
Include your base fuel pressure in your service note so we can test at that pressure. If your application has unusual pressure requirements, email before shipping.
What if an injector cannot be recovered?
Your report will include the before-and-after results and recommendations for the injector.
