AEM 30-0300 Wideband Wiring
Instructions for integrating the AEM X-Series UEGO Wideband Controller (30-0300):
- Connect the analog output (white wire) to your PCM input or data logger analog channel.
- Black wire = Ground; Red wire = Switched 12V source.
- Verify analog output matches wideband gauge reading through calibration or tuning software.

For AEM 30‑0300 (or similar) Widebands
1. 1992–1993 PCM
- Analog In: C11 (AC Pressure – red/black wire)
- Ground: B22 (tan/white wire)
- Logging: TunerPro RT via AC Pressure input
2. 1994–1995 PCM
Option A – AC Pressure: White → D12, Brown → D01
Option B – D27: Repin A9 to D27, then White → D27, Brown → D01
Math conversion: 2.37511N + 7.312 or 2N + 9.5
3. 1996–1997 PCM
- Analog In: D12 (AC Pressure)
- Ground: D01
- Note: Use scanner math to convert voltage to AFR
4. TorqHead 24x PCM
- Analog In: C10 (EGR Input)
- Ground: PCM sensor ground
- Note: Enable EGR input in HP Tuners to log voltage
5. 0411 / P01 PCM Swap
- A/C Pressure: C2 Pin 14 (Red/Black)
- Sensor Ground: C2 Pin 57 (Black)
- EGR Input: C1 Pin 55 (Brown)
- Sensor Ground: C1 Pin 23 (Purple)
- Note: Setup math channels, ensure inputs are enabled in tune
